Who Moved My Cheese is the book of change written by the author of The One Minute Manager, Dr. Spencer Johnson. This book has strong insight and anyone can read it in just 1 hour. It is the same as the all fiction stories but it is different from its core. This is the book of personal reflection.
This book talking about the four characters looking for the cheese in the maze. Two are the mice and others are Human. All of these wanted to eat his favorite cheese and live life happily and successfully. But life, sometimes, goes up and goes down. Life brings up changes quickly and we have to adapt it quickly and smartly. Some people resist and some people flow with the changes, and learn how to live with them.
These four characters has their personal instinct and complex brains. Two mice named Sniff and Scurry. Sniff who change early and Scurry fast into action. Two men named Hem and Haw. Hem who denies and resists change as he fears it will lead to something worse. Haw who learns to adapt in time when he sees changing can lead to something better.
No matter these four characters are different from their roots but purpose of these legend is to find the way in the maze and succeed in changing times.

5 Min Summary — Who Moved My Cheese Lessons
As I said, in this book author talking about the rapid change and how to deal with it. Two mouse of those four characters who know and act before the changes happen. While those two men, in the middle of chaos, talking and analyzing changes, and one of them try his best and adapt the changes.
The maze where these four men going to search his cheese is a labyrinth of corridors and chambers, some containing delicious cheese. But there were also dark corners and blind alleys leading nowhere. It was an easy place for anyone to get lost.
One morning, they all found the source of the cheese named as Cheese station C. After sometimes, this cheese station has no cheese. Those Two mice are not afraid of this massive changes because they had noticed the supply of cheese had been getting smaller everyday. They were prepared for the changes and quickly off in search of new cheese.
While these two man, who are not prepared for any changes, yelled and hollered. They stood there for a long time, frozen with shock, with disbelief. The little people’s behavior was not very attractive or productive.
After long time of shock, Haw wake up and said, “Things are changing around here, Hem. Maybe we need to change and do things differently. ” But Hem’s still swimming in the arrogance of the past success.
On the other side, Haw ready to leave Hem alone with Cheese station C. But the fear of not finding the cheese broke and stop him right there. One more time, Haw opens his eyes and realize the difference between the activity and productivity.
He painted a picture in his mind. He saw himself venturing out into the maze with a smile on his face. He used his imagination and finding him, to enjoying the taste of New Cheese.
And Haw said smoothly, “Sometimes, Hem, things change and they are never the same again. This looks like one of those times. That’s life! Life moves on. And so should we.”
In the searching of New Cheese, Haw find the new source of cheese known as Cheese Station N. Lastly, Haw write the one sentence on the wall, “When you stop being afraid, you feel good. “
What I Have to Learn From This Book.
We have to learn one core message of the book is – “Noticing small changes early helps you adapt to the bigger changes that are to come.”
And the second message I personally like is – “When you stop being afraid, You feel good!”
