2. Eat right, exercise, and sleep sufficiently for physical energy:

Enjoy life in every second with productive results that are called smartness. Eating the right food is the key to a healthy body. Sleeping is the most important factor in productivity because sleeping gives power to our subconscious mind and rests our body.

Eating the right food is like reciprocating a pump. why ?? Because of pump work reciprocate and due to reciprocating action, it produces results called water. the same case in our mind, if we reciprocate with the right food than we get the right results.

3. Hug, kiss, and laugh with loved ones for emotional energy:

Hugging and kissing to our partner, help us to get energized because of hugging, kissing and laughing produce hormones in our body that help to get energized and also make better our relationships. I know I am not a relationship guru but that works well in this scenario also.

Emotions help us to direct our focus and get motivated to work hard and smart because our emotions connect with people and things that we love and achieve at any cost. so in short, hugging and kissing give us the energy to be more productive in various scenarios like a relationship as well as the workplace.

Time-blocking!! Are you remember your school days?? Remember we have a schedule called time-table. I think you got it. Here is the same phenomenon. Last week I read a book called The one thing.  That helps me to think more about this topic because the author of this book says doing the most important work at the beginning of the day in other words, in the morning.

Doing your most important work in the morning that helps to do your most important work first, and give us time to do more other work at a day.

6. Use the 80/20 Principle to more focus:

Use the 80/20 principle to achieve fast productivity. That help’s us to be more productive with the right thing at the right time as I already discussed.

If you are already familiar with 80/20 principle then that’s great because you already learn half a dozen about productivity in the 80/20 principle. Asking the right question to your self helps you to find out your most important work means the 20% that helps you to achieve huge results called your 80%.

7. Use the 90/20 Principle when you have a lot of work:

Remember, Resting is key to a great and productive mindset. In this principle, we learn about resting whenever we start doing work. Use 20% time to rest before start work and doing work at least 90% of your time.

8. Identify and kill Productivity Blockers:

Kill every barrier before start doing work because that eliminates your productivity from the core of the work. Here is some example of the barriers, T.V, People who are disturbing you, note-books that are not available at the right time. etc..this all are a common distraction that distracts us in a small amount and kills our productivity like focus.

Look and notice your surroundings before going to dive into your workflow. Eliminate all those things that distract you from work-flow.

9. Remember ” WHY “:

Remember, this question’s answer. The question is “Why you do what you do ??” I am trying to ask about your purpose or reason ( why you do ).

Most of the companies and most of the people who have goals but they have not any strong result that leads their goals. Every time you need to remember “why” because it will give you, motivation and strength. If you don’t know your ” why ” then all the others are going into hell because it is the most core part of the habits.

Here are not a bunch of factors, here is only one reason that affects your productivity and that is your mindset. If you are doing right then how can you sure about what you are doing is right ?? It is all about the right mindset and the right information. Yes, Right information also affects your productivity. If you have not the information about what you do then how can you build productive habits?

Two main factors that affect your productivity:

  • Right Mindset :

Your mindset affects every area of life not only productivity, It affects your relationship, career and also dreams. First, you need to figure out your goal with the right reason than build the right mindset and then collect some right information about your goal then develop productive habits that’s the true stages to build the right productive habits.

  • Right Information:

If you have not the right information then how can you sure about your goal and goal path ?? The right information gives us the right direction and right ideas that help us to build strong productive habits. If you haven’t any info about your goal then go to google.com and find out.
