Last Updated on 6 months Failure teaches you—what not to do wheres success teaches you—what to do. But what really important? Do’s or Don’t.

If you ask any millionaire or any successful people “What is most important in life: A failure or A success?” Their answer is so simple, failure teaches you what behind the success whereas success teaches you what it looks like outside. So the point is failure is so important than success itself.

Lesson #1- Failure to build your confidence.

Whatever you do, if you take risk you begin the race to kill your fear and anxiety. When you fail, you have only two options left: 1. begin the race again to achieve the desired goals. 2. Go back and change the goals. Whatever your options are, you build your confidence.

The best thing to choose after the failure is to change your plan not the goal itself. Don’t be as Albert Einstein said “Stupidity is doing the same thing and expecting different results”

Failure is an opportunity to build your confidence and increase your self-esteem. As research by biological psychiatrist Dennis Charney: when you view a situation through the lens of opportunity and see yourself as capable, your body and brain have an enabling response more conducive to higher-level strategic thinking; so when a person sees failure or risk as a challenge, they are more calm, thoughtful, enthusiastic and invigorated.

There is another research that shows that if you have low self-esteem then you are always surrounded by failure and failure always there to help you— helps you to build low self-esteem to high self-esteem.

“ The key differences between individuals with high and low self-esteem. For example, people with high self-esteem focus on growth and improvement, whereas people with low self-esteem focus on not making mistakes in life. “

Bottom Line:- Failure has two main advantages 1. You will learn what not to do. 2. You build your self-esteem and confidence.
