Undeniably, the most productive hours in the morning if you are not an owl. Because we slept for 8 hours continuously that born new fresh mind desire to produce more creative ideas, so that, early morning is the great start to do important work.

5.  Set small alarms.

Alarms help you to get your work done on time. Here we set alarms with two purposes: To do work with deadlines and To find where to set breaks.

There are lots of things you can try to take a break like chewing gum, playing chess, or more. The point is to set a break at the right time when you feel losing a battle.

Now, the question that, still unsolved is, “How do you find the right time to break?”

To do this, you’ve to be aware of your workflow. Let me understand to you with an example.

If your success/to-do list shows the 5 tasks, have to be completed until the end of the day. Run your first task and don’t add break until it completely finished.

You’ve to add small tasks first in your to-do list. The most common break in between each task. Add small task break, while you are losing your focus.

In our case, we’ve to add 4 breaks between the tasks and one or two breaks— depends on tasks— while losing the focus.

On my laptop, I have one software named by alarm_clock. It works very well and contains lightweight, and starts when my laptop starts.


I set some settings so that it will start automatically when my laptop starts.

When I find my self reading 30 pages per day, I started reading 40 pages per day.

When you measure something, you will become more accurate. You’ll do it more fluently, and in other words, you develop intrinsic motivation.
